Program terms
These terms apply when you enrol in a cohort of CFO-Level Financial Control. They sit alongside the general terms and conditions and privacy policy at reneeminchin.com. Where they differ, these program terms apply to the program.
1. What you're buying
Six live online sessions on Microsoft Teams, held on Tuesdays at 11am Melbourne time, 90 minutes each, for the cohort you choose at checkout. Each cohort is capped at 8 participants. You also get access to the program workbooks through the members area.
2. Price and payment
- Pay in full: $1,500 AUD, or
- Payment plan: 6 weekly payments of $300 AUD ($1,800 in total). The first payment is taken at checkout and the remaining 5 are taken automatically each week.
Prices include GST for customers in Australia. You'll receive a tax invoice by email.
3. The 14-day guarantee
If you don't love the program within 14 days of your cohort's first session, email renee@reneeminchin.com within that 14 days and you'll get back everything you've paid. If you're on the payment plan, the remaining payments are cancelled.
4. After the 14 days
After the 14-day guarantee period ends, the program is non-refundable. If you're on the payment plan, you've committed to the full program and the remaining weekly payments are still due, even if you stop attending. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. If a payment fails
If a weekly payment fails, you'll be notified by email. Please get in touch with me at renee@reneeminchin.com straight away so we can agree on the next step. Access to the sessions and the members area may be paused until the payment is sorted.
6. Changing cohorts
If you can't make your cohort's dates, email me before your first session and I'll move you to a later cohort if there's a seat available.
7. Recordings
Every session is recorded. By joining, you agree to being recorded. Recordings are shared only with your cohort, usually within 48 hours, and are also used to improve the program. Recordings are not published publicly. If you'd rather not appear on camera, you can turn your camera off.
8. Confidentiality
Participants share real business numbers in the sessions. You agree to keep what other participants share confidential and not to record sessions yourself.
9. Program materials
The workbooks, templates and session content remain the intellectual property of Renee Minchin. You can use them in your own business for as long as you like. You can't resell, share or republish them.
10. Not personal financial, tax or legal advice
The program is education and practical guidance on your business numbers. It isn't personal financial product advice, tax advice or legal advice. Decisions you make in your business are yours, and you should get advice specific to your circumstances where you need it.
11. If a session has to move
If I need to reschedule a session, I'll give you as much notice as I can and the session will be recorded and shared, or run at a new time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
